about these guys on referral from a friend and they were AMAZING. We hired
the full band for the reception and their DJ services for our
ceremony. The energy they have is unbelievable, their demos on their website
are NOTHING compared to live. They had the dance floor packed the entire
night, even people I know HATE to dance were in the middle of the
floor. I have already given their info to 3 people (and the wedding was 2
weeks ago). I cannot fully express how impressed I was. For the mother-son
dance, my husband and his mother chose "Sweet Child of Mine"- which the band
played a slower, more swing version of LIVE!!!! What an awesome memory and
they nailed it (and every other song of the night). Joe was great to work
with; he answered every question and never once did I worry about anything.
Joe kept me relaxed on the wedding day and handled all the detail background
work. We also hired their DJ only services for our graduation reception from
Chiropractic school and they were great there too. If you are even
considering a live band, check out their website- their HUGE music variety
was outstanding and they truly made the night!"
"I wish I could give these guys 10 stars out of
5. They made the wedding reception a party!!! Joe sang to my Mom, sang to my
husband's mom, and even got me onstage to sing! Joe was out in the crowd,
feeling the crowd, and totally sang his heart out. No one sat down the whole
reception, every one was on the dance floor. Joe was phenomenal to work
with, and he made our day special and memorable. My wedding exceeded my
expectations because of Joe and the Walk-Ins. This band is INCREDIBLE!"
"The Walk-ins were awesome! They were
interactive and got everyone dancing! They were also very easy to work with
and I felt like they truly listened to my husband and my ideas. I have
already recommended them!"
Excerpt from an article from Bouquet Catcher
Though Lauren is a “theme person,”
she surprised even herself by not having a themed wedding. Instead, she
stuck with her favorite colors of royal blue, black and purple. The band
they chose, the Walk-Ins, “made the night” for Lauren.
The four-piece group started
with an acoustic set for cocktail hour, did an interactive piano show during
dinner, and later kept the dance floor packed.
